Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Overview
Welcome to Celestra. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Celestra. Celestra operates this online store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products and services provided to customers (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our Services.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, explain your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information about your purchases and the use of our website.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
1. Access and account
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or that you have the necessary permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing details and delivery address when placing an order or using certain features of our store.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update it when necessary.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person without our written permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect our store, customers or Services, subject to applicable law.
2. Our products
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours and other details accurately. However, the appearance of products may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings or other factors.
Product images are provided to help you understand the product and may not reproduce every detail exactly. Please read the product description and specifications before purchasing.
We may update product descriptions, prices, availability or other information when necessary. We may also discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any orders we have already accepted.
Nothing in this section affects your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.
After you submit your order, we may send an order acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order and does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or otherwise communicate that it has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide any refund required by law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@celestra.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or dispatch. This does not affect any cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and any other applicable policies. You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Prices and billing
Product prices and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed when you submit it, subject to any correction required by law or our order terms.
Where applicable, taxes, customs duties or import charges may be included in the displayed price or may be payable separately. Any additional charges that we know apply to your order will be disclosed where required by law.
Promotions may be subject to separate conditions. If those conditions conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotion conditions will apply to that promotion to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and to update it when necessary. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.
We use Shopify and applicable payment providers to process transactions. We do not intend to collect or store full payment card details directly where these are processed by our payment providers.
If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, we may be unable to process your order.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be shown in our Shipping Policy or during checkout, as appropriate.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timeframe.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, supply interruptions or government restrictions. If a significant delay occurs, we will take reasonable steps to provide relevant information.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect information may arise, subject to applicable law.
Responsibility for products during delivery will be determined by applicable law. Where required by law, we remain responsible for products until they are received by you or by a person you have designated to receive them.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if an order is lost, arrives damaged, is delivered late in breach of applicable law or is not delivered as agreed.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.
6. Intellectual property
The content available through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, videos, designs and website materials, is owned by or licensed to Celestra or the relevant rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with the product, its design, branding, software or underlying technology.
Celestra’s name, logo and other brand elements may not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify’s name and branding belong to Shopify. Other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants you intellectual property rights beyond those expressly stated.
7. Optional third-party tools
Our Services may include features or tools provided by third parties. These providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control every aspect of third-party tools and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or performance. Where appropriate, we will identify relevant third-party terms or policies.
Your use of third-party tools is subject to the applicable provider’s terms. This section does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Any new features or tools added to our Services will also be subject to these Terms of Service unless separate terms apply.
8. Third-party links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, services or resources that we do not operate.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies or practices of independent third-party websites. Accessing those websites is at your own discretion.
Before providing information or making a purchase through a third-party website, you should review its terms and privacy policy.
Questions or complaints about third-party products or services should generally be directed to the relevant provider. This does not limit any rights you may have against Celestra under applicable law.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Celestra is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Celestra. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Celestra and is not responsible for our product descriptions, order fulfilment, delivery arrangements, returns or customer service, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Shopify may process information relating to your use of our Services as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Privacy policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit our store, place an order or otherwise interact with our Services.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may process personal information to provide and maintain the platform, support transactions, improve security and prevent fraud. We may also use third-party service providers for functions such as payment processing, delivery, customer support, analytics and advertising, where applicable.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Please read our Privacy Policy for further details, including information about your privacy rights and how to contact us.
You can also review Shopify’s privacy policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
11. Feedback and reviews
If you submit reviews, suggestions, comments, ideas or other content to us (“Feedback”), you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.
You grant Celestra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, adapt and publish your Feedback for purposes related to operating, improving and promoting our Services, subject to applicable law.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your Feedback to us. Where required by law, we will obtain any additional permission necessary for particular uses.
You must not submit Feedback that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing or contains malicious software. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be presented in a misleading way.
We may moderate or remove Feedback that violates these Terms or applicable law. We are not required to publish every submission.
You remain responsible for the Feedback you submit. Nothing in this section removes any rights you may have under applicable law.
12. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Information on our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, estimated delivery times or availability.
We may correct errors and update information when necessary. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and explain the available options.
We may cancel or refuse an order affected by a genuine material error where permitted by law. If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will issue the refund required by law.
We will not use this section to remove any mandatory consumer rights.
13. Prohibited uses
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
-
Use our Services to commit fraud or engage in unlawful activity.
-
Violate applicable laws or regulations.
-
Infringe our intellectual property rights or those of another person.
-
Harass, threaten, defame or harm another person through our Services.
-
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
-
Send spam or unauthorized promotional communications through our Services.
-
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
-
Upload viruses, malware or other harmful code.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts or data.
-
Interfere with the security, operation or availability of our Services.
-
Scrape, harvest or collect personal information through our Services without lawful authorization.
-
Use automated tools to access or extract information from our Services in a manner that violates applicable law, these Terms or reasonable technical restrictions.
-
Circumvent access controls, security measures or restrictions designed to protect our Services.
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. We may also take appropriate legal action where warranted.
Nothing in this section prohibits lawful activity or rights that cannot legally be restricted.
14. Automated access and agents
For the purposes of this section, an “Agent” means software or a service that performs actions on behalf of a person or organization with limited or no direct supervision.
Automated systems must not access or interact with our Services in ways that violate these Terms, bypass security measures, interfere with the operation of our store, collect personal information without authorization or impose unreasonable technical demands.
Where legally and technically applicable, automated systems accessing our Services must identify themselves accurately and comply with reasonable instructions and access restrictions communicated by us.
We may limit or block automated access where reasonably necessary to protect our Services, customers, systems or legitimate business interests.
This section does not prohibit automated access that we have expressly authorized or that is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to some or all of our Services where reasonably necessary, including if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, threaten the security of our Services or use them unlawfully.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue before taking action.
Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law and privacy.
Nothing in this section affects any rights that cannot legally be restricted or terminated.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
We make reasonable efforts to keep our Services accurate, secure and available. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every moment.
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every item of website information will be complete or free from errors.
Product-related rights and remedies remain subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights relating to product quality, fitness for purpose, conformity with descriptions, delivery or other consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
Where a disclaimer or exclusion is prohibited by law, it will apply only to the extent legally permitted.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Celestra will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for losses that are unrelated to our breach of these Terms or other applicable legal duties.
Where legally permitted, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our Services that are not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or any remedies available to you under applicable law.
18. Indemnification
Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses and costs that Celestra suffers as a direct result of your unlawful use of our Services, your infringement of a third party’s rights or your material breach of these Terms.
This section applies only to the extent that the relevant loss was caused by your actions or omissions and the law permits such responsibility to be imposed on you.
You are not required to indemnify Celestra for losses caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach of our legal obligations.
Nothing in this section removes any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent that they remain valid and enforceable.
Nothing in this section overrides any mandatory consumer protection or other statutory rights.
20. Waiver and entire agreement
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them and any applicable additional terms presented during checkout or in connection with a promotion, govern your use of our Services.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the relevant law will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.
Nothing in this section overrides any separate agreement that legally applies to your purchase.
21. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our written consent, except where applicable law allows you to do so.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations in connection with a business transfer, restructuring or sale, provided that doing so does not unlawfully reduce your rights.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of a relevant transfer.
22. Governing law
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the operation of Celestra’s business, without removing any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your place of residence.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on applicable UK consumer protection law or bringing a claim in a court where you are legally entitled to do so.
The precise governing law and jurisdiction will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. No provision of this section is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections.
23. Translations
We may make these Terms available in languages other than English for convenience.
If different language versions contain inconsistencies, we will take reasonable steps to clarify the intended meaning. Any interpretation will be subject to applicable law and the rights of consumers.
No language version will be used to remove rights that consumers are entitled to under mandatory law.
24. Headings
Headings are included for convenience only and do not change the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.
25. Electronic communications
When you use our Services, place an order or contact us electronically, you agree that we may respond using electronic communications, including email or notices on our website, where permitted by law.
We may send service-related messages concerning orders, payments, delivery, returns, account activity and changes to our policies.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your preferences. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided, where available.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and up to date.
26. Changes to these Terms of Service
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Services, legal requirements or operating practices.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
Where a material change requires notice under applicable law, we will provide that notice. Changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice or, where appropriate, when the updated Terms are published.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights or remedies that you already have under applicable law.
Your continued use of our Services after updated Terms take effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Services.
