They begin once your order ships and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order details, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders where displayed at checkout.

United Kingdom Customs, Taxes & Other Applicable Fees

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling or brokerage fees.

Where available, applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, additional amounts may be payable before or at delivery unless we expressly state that duties and taxes are prepaid.

Import charges are determined by the relevant authorities and/or carrier and may vary depending on the destination, product classification, product value, country of origin, and shipping method.

European Union Customs, Taxes & Other Applicable Fees

Our current shipping destination is the United Kingdom. If we begin shipping to countries in the European Union, applicable VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees will be explained at checkout where required.

Where EU delivery is offered, any charges collected at checkout will be displayed before you complete your purchase. If duties and taxes are not prepaid, additional charges may be payable before or at delivery.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

Address Accuracy

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Order Changes & Cancellations

We may be able to accommodate changes before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is cancelled or a refund is due, we will process the applicable refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method where possible.
